Two repair kits are available for the RSV4 engine.
This version of stator and flywheel is suitable for RSV4 motors with a motor number above 3413.
If your RSV4 motor number is below 3413, you will need the stator assembly 857201.
The required stator assembly can only be reliably determined by disassembling the motor.
Check your stator assembly and carefully compare the flywheel before ordering.

Before installing the new stator-regulator-rectifier:
Check the AC output voltage of the stator.
Replace all burnt or corroded connections on the stator and regulator/rectifier.
Check and repair any melted cables.
Use high-temperature dielectric grease on all connections.
Our stator/regulator may use a different cable color coding than your original part.
All cables are installed in the correct order; please do not change the wiring.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.
Always use threadlocker when screwing on the stator.
If our stator contains a pickup coil, be sure to ensure the correct air gap during installation.
