F1: I would like to cancel the order.
A1: If you wish to cancel the order, please contact sale@viprh.com. Cancellation is only possible before the package is shipped. Once the package is in transit, the order cannot be cancelled.

A3: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange of products in new/unused condition.
