Before installing your new stator:
Check the AC output voltage of the stator.
Replace all burnt or corroded connections on the stator and regulator/rectifier.
Check and repair any melted cables.
Use high-temperature dielectric grease on all connections.
Our stator may use a different cable color coding than your original.
All cables are connected in the correct order; please do not change the wiring.
This stator is designed as a direct replacement and should be used as such.
Always use threadlocker when screwing on the stator.
If our stator contains a pickup coil, ensure the air gap is correct during installation.
All product images are accurate; if in doubt, compare our product with your original part.
The battery's condition is important. No stator can replace a weak or defective battery. If in doubt, charge your battery and have it subjected to a load test. Or simply replace it.
