This auction is for a CNC-machined eyelet shock torque tool made from 6061 aluminum. This tool has countless features compared to others I've seen. Fits exactly like Fox part number 398-00-280.
The shock absorber can be slid over a step and adjusts to it, making it very easy to use and you don't have to worry about it slipping around.
Then we made the square drive taller so that you have plenty of clearance for tools.
We made the end 1/2 inch in diameter to accommodate shock absorbers with bushings, and included a step that fits perfectly if the bushing is missing. This makes it easier to use and eliminates the risk of damaging your tools or the shock absorber.
This tool features a 3/8-inch square drive, so it can be used for higher torque applications such as loosening, not just tightening.
To tighten, place the torque wrench perpendicular to the tool (90-degree angle) and press the handle straight down (parallel to the tool). This ensures 100% accurate measurements.
The shock absorber is NOT included in the auction, only the tool.
