- Solder the cables to the cables of your OEM wiring harness using a small soldering iron.
-Insulate your solder joints with heat shrink tubing.
-Before attempting to start your vehicle, certain models require an adjustment of the air gap.
- Rotate the flywheel by hand so that the raised node is aligned with the pickup/pulsar coil, and adjust it as accurately as possible, but not less than 0.010 inches.
-If there is no spark or the spark is irregular, replace the cables on the spark plug.
