Description
This is for 2 CNC-milled tools made from 6061 aluminum for all DVO forks with 34 mm stanchions.
The first is a double-ended wrench for removing the caps on the underside of the Onyx and Sapphire forks. One end has the thinner, longer notches, the other the smaller, wider notches (see pictures). These tend to be very difficult to remove, so we've built the tool to be extra robust.
The socket with pin fits the Diamond Fork end cap of the intermediate tube. It features hardened pins and a 3/8-inch square drive. You must remove the 10 mm shaft, then hold the center with the supplied socket and then loosen the ring lock nut with a 1-1/16 or 27 mm wrench, or an adjustable wrench with that range.
I'm not sure if these will fit the 32mm Sanction versions.
