OBSERVE:
Before installing your new stator
Check the AC output of the stator.
Replace any burnt or corroded connections on the stator and the regulator/rectifier.
Check and repair any melted wiring.
Use high-temperature dielectric grease for all connections.
Our stator may use a different cable color code than your original.
All wires are installed in the correct order. Please do not change any of the cable configurations.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.
Always use the locking connection on the entry stator.
If our stator includes a pickup coil, always ensure that the air gap is correct during installation.
All product images are accurate; if in doubt, please do not hesitate to compare our product with your original part.
Battery condition is important. No stator can compensate for a bad or weak battery. If you have any doubts, charge your battery and let it charge, or simply replace it.
