If your stator has more than 3 wires, this replacement stator will NOT work.
Normally, the extra wire is blue.

Before installing your new stator
Check the AC output of the stator.
Replace any burnt or corroded connections on the stator and regulator/rectifier.
Check and repair any melted cables.
Use high-temperature resistant dielectric grease on all connections.
Our stator may use a different cable color code than your original.
All cables are installed in the correct order. Please do not change any of the cable configurations.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.
Always use locking compound when screwing on the stator.
If our stator contains a pickup coil, always ensure the correct air gap during installation.
All product images are accurate. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to compare our product with your original part.
The battery's condition is important. No stator can replace a bad or weak battery. If in doubt, charge your battery and have it tested, or simply replace it.
