Example of a handlebar end combination:
1. Head screw (M6x45) + handlebar end ;
2. Cap screw (M6x50) + handlebar end + half-moon sleeve (facing inwards) (1 piece) ;
3. Cap screw (M6x50) + rod end + half-moon sleeve (pointing outwards) (1 piece);
4. Head screw (M6x60) + handlebar end caps + half-moon cuff (2 pieces);
Some standard handlebars have a crescent-shaped collar. Please choose a combination where the throttle grip does not come into contact with the handlebar end.
If this is the case, do not install it. Otherwise, the throttle lever will not return to its original position.
How to install:
1. Remove the end of the stock (right and left) from the stock grip.
2. Select the combination of cap screw, handlebar end and half-moon sleeve according to the shape of the original handlebar.
3. Apply threadlocker (sold separately) to the head screw.
4. Install the selected combination on the shaft handle.
5. Check that the handlebar end is not in contact with the throttle lever.
6. Tighten the loosened screws on each part to the specified torque.
7. Check that the removed and installed parts are functioning and assembled correctly, and complete the work.
