The set includes cylinder, piston, piston rings, piston pin, retaining rings and a gasket set for the upper cylinder head (you will receive exactly what is pictured).
The cylinder is made of aluminium for good cooling and has an inner cast iron jacket (unlike this one, which has a Nicasil coating).
The seals are made of high-performance materials, ensuring longer durability and greater reliability.
Includes all the gaskets shown for the cylinder head overhaul.
The set is designed for large bore sizes of 55 mm and a 13 mm steel piston pin.

This is a cylinder block with a 90° angle for the oil temperature sensor, so it is ready for immediate installation on the fuel-injected CRF110F.
Uses a straight bracket for the oil temperature sensor and therefore does without the sensor cover.
If you are fitting this particular cylinder block to your CRF110F, you will also need the KWB type cylinder head.
If you are mounting this cylinder on a motorcycle with a carburetor, you must close the opening for the oil temperature sensor with a screw and a copper washer.

Case boring required: If you have no experience with engine work, we strongly recommend having this kit installed by a professional or at least purchasing the workshop manual for your motorcycle from your Honda dealer. Boring out the cases requires precision and produces a large amount of metal shavings. It is recommended to completely disassemble the engine when boring out the cases. This ensures that the cases are absolutely clean for reassembly.
