Before installing this product, please pay attention to the following:
1. When you receive the printhead, using a needle to inject water to check the nozzle or see if it's blocked is highly redundant and dangerous. If the print quality is unclear, press the machine cleaning button (the first of all). As soon as the printhead enters the water, if the water isn't dry, it will be damaged. The mainboard will burn out, and the printhead will be destroyed. Secondly, the printheads sold in our store have been rigorously tested and filled with protective fluid. Using a needle to inject water into the printhead will not only wash away the protective fluid but also easily cause air bubbles within the printhead, resulting in no ink being printed.
2. Note that when installing the printhead, make sure to disconnect the power supply first and install it in place.
3. When you plug in the power cord, make sure there is no ink on it and that it is in good contact with the socket.
4. The steel shaft should also be clean and smooth. You can use a paper towel to apply a little lubricating oil to clean it. Do not add oil directly to the shaft. Excess oil will flow to the printhead and cause damage.
5. After checking that the machine and electrical circuit are all working correctly, check the water circuit. First, check if the ink level in the ink cartridge is sufficient; second, check if the small cleaning blade and the ink suction pump are dirty.
6.There will be air in the newly installed printhead, so it won't print normally immediately. The printer can only produce perfect results after the air in the printhead has been completely purged. You can use the machine's built-in cleaning function for intermittent cleaning (two cleaning cycles each time, and then two more after 30 minutes). Repeated over-cleaning will cause ink to accumulate in the cleaning pump, leading not only to color mixing, ink leakage, and wasted ink, but also to allow the printhead to vent during operation.
