Fuel rail pressure relief valve for GMC 6.6L Duramax LB7 2001-2004
Special feature:
Replaces a standard pressure relief valve or one fitted with washers.
This helps to resolve fault codes P1093 and P0087 (low fuel pressure in the fuel rail during enrichment), which are caused by insufficient spring pressure in the pressure relief valve (PRV). This causes the valve to open too early, resulting in excessive fuel flowing back into the tank.
Helps maintain fuel pressure during full-throttle driving.
The construction is made of robust stainless steel, is easy to assemble and serves as a direct replacement for the hollow screw that is mounted on the top of the pressure relief valve.
Leaky fuel distribution pipe pressure relief valves or a defective fuel distribution pipe are repaired and seamlessly replaced.
