1. This is an HFCM drain valve for a Ford PowerStroke 6.0 diesel engine. With this fitting, you can easily drain all the water from the HFCM (Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module).
2. If you are using the OEM fuel filter, it has a special water-block media collection canister that traps water as it flows through the system. Once the filter is full, it can no longer retain the water, causing it to contaminate your fuel system, especially your very expensive diesel injectors.
3. This plug is made of solid brass to eliminate any risk of corrosion.
