Thank you for watching. It's made from laser-cut 1.5 mm stainless steel. It's slotted for easier fitting.
It provides cleaner acceleration at lower engine speeds by preventing the recirculation of exhaust gases. The check engine light does not normally illuminate because the exhaust gas recirculation is disabled, however, there have been a few reports over the years of it lighting up.
PLEASE CHECK IF THIS IS THE ENGINE IN THE PICTURES, as the previous DW10The BTED4 engine has a completely different EGR system, which is located at the rear of the engine, and the oil filler cap is on the right side of the engine, not on the left as shown.
This only fits the Euro5 PSA DW10CTED4 2.0 l (not D)W10BTED4) 16-valve engine with 1997 cc (known as the Duratorq in Fords). As shown in the header.
