A few things you should keep in mind:
1. Switch off the printer before printing, otherwise the motherboard chip will burn out. After inserting the printhead, do not place 10 sheets of A4 documents on top of the carbon ribbon so that the new needle can break in before inserting the ribbon. We hope you can be careful.
2. If the original printhead is broken and ink is leaking, the mainboard may be burned out. Therefore, before replacing the printhead, first fix the mainboard problem. Furthermore, the F1 and F2 fuses on the mainboard can only be replaced with original fuses of the same amperage and model. Replacing them with a fuse of a higher amperage and a different model can damage both the printhead and the mainboard.
3. The printhead requires careful attention. If a layperson replaces it blindly, it can easily lead to damage. There are regulations governing its use, the printhead is not covered by a warranty, and it is delicate and expensive. Please do not attempt to debug it on the computer; exercise caution.
4. If you are not familiar with the device, it is recommended that you send the printhead to the repair station or find a professional to replace the nozzle to avoid unnecessary losses and hassle.
