CNC-machined manual timing chain tensioner suitable for Suzuki GSXR 600 750 RMX450 RMZ450
Features:
The manual chain tensioners are CNC-milled from a block of aluminum to ensure a perfect fit through precise tolerances.
The automatic adjusters can come loose if the throttle valve is suddenly closed at high engine speed.
This can cause the camshafts to briefly fall out of sync, which can lead to bent valves and/or serious engine damage.
Hydraulic chain tensioners tend to exert too much tension on the chain guide at high speeds and high oil pressure, leading to premature wear.
Manual camshaft chain tensioners are designed as replacements for automatic and hydraulic tensioners in high-performance engines.
We strongly recommend that you hire a professional for the installation. Installation instructions are not included.
