The F90000285 525LPH pump is the highest-flowing in-tank fuel pump on the market and is also E85-safe. The pump was developed to meet the demands of modern turbocharged applications where a single 255LPH fuel pump is insufficient. The innovative design of the DCSS 39/50 features a single impeller with two parallel rows of turbine blades.
The impeller blades feed two high-pressure pump channels, unlike a conventional single-stage pump which uses an impeller with a single row of blades on its outer edge. This innovative design results in improved hot fuel flow as well as minimal noise and power consumption, leading to an efficiency 20 percent higher than that of conventional pumps.
The 525 LPH pump can flow between 15 and 120 psi (the bypass valve is set higher than previous Walbro fuel pumps, which were around 85 psi). The final fuel pressure will be determined by your fuel pressure regulator. Please note that this is an aftermarket fuel pump and some modifications may be required for it to fit. The overall size is very similar to the previous generation Walbro GSS340/GSS341/GSS342, however, the base is slightly larger, as shown in the pictures.
Horsepower capabilities? No other in-tank pump on the market comes close. This pump can support over 800 hp when using larger fuel lines than stock. This pump can still support significantly more power than a Walbro 255LPH pump, even when using stock fuel lines.
