This auction is for a 5-piece tool set for the Fox 36/38/40 with Grip/Grip2 damper.
The kit includes a CNC-machined damper clamp for the FOX GRIP damper (2017–2022) and GRIP2 damper (2019–2024) for Fox 32/34/36/38 and 40 models. The clamp fits the body and shaft of the GRIP damper assembly. The fit is equivalent to Fox part number 803-01-324.
It is made of 6061 aluminum and designed for a precise fit. Ample material has been left in, allowing for plenty of play when using the shaft clamp. We also chose a thickness of 0.630 mm to allow it to fit into tight spaces.
Next up is an 8.5-inch long, CNC-machined 26/32 mm double open-end wrench made from 6061 aluminum.
The wrench has a brushed finish and a beveled outer edge on the handle. One end of the wrench is 28 mm long, the other 32 mm. It has no chamfer on the hexagonal ends, making it ideal for the very short air caps and top caps of forks. It also has a smaller gap than a socket wrench of the same size, which provides better grip.
Then there is also a Seal Bullet Tool. This one is CNC-milled from billet 6061 aluminum.
This allows the sealing head to be slid over the shaft without cutting the seal. It fits Fox part number 398-00-657. Fits shaft size NA2.
Finally, we have a pair of CNC-machined 6061 fork spring and damper removal tools. One is 8 mm, the other 10 mm. These fit the same Fox part numbers as 398-00-681 and 398-00-682.
These fit all Fox forks from 2005–2024, including 32, 34, 36, 38, and 40 mm forks. They also work with Step-Cast models.
