Specially developed cylinder kit for 62.0 mm x 48.8 mm stroke with air-cooled 125 cm³ four-stroke engine from SLS, 14 mm steel piston pin.
This 150cc kit can be used as a replacement cylinder for 150cc models.
It can be used with a standard carburetor, but then the carburetor jetting needs to be increased slightly (approx. +20% to +25%).
The 150cc cylinder kit provides noticeably more torque even in the lower rev range.
The kit includes an EGR cylinder, a flat piston, rings, pin, clips and a top-end gasket kit (you will receive exactly what is pictured).
The piston is anodized for better heat resistance and longer service life.
Includes all the gaskets shown for rebuilding the top end.
This kit is ideally suited as a cost-effective replacement for defective original cylinders.

Before purchasing, please check your original piston pin to ensure that it is also 14 mm and that your original piston is also a flat piston.
There are EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) holes on the side of the cylinder, and another vacuum hole on the side of the connecting cylinder head.

The cylinder is for models that use SLS (Secondary Air System), and the piston is a flat piston, NOT a domed piston.
May fit other Suzuki 125cc AC 4-stroke models: GS125, RV125 Van Van, TU125, DR125. Just make sure your engine uses a flat-top piston and cylinder with SLS (Secondary Air Injection System).
