Sport cylinder kit 185cc 5VL00.
If your cylinder burns out, the compression is too low, or you even have a piston seizure, then this kit is exactly what you need.
The kit includes a cylinder, a forged piston, rings, a pin, clips and a gasket kit for the top end (you will receive exactly what is pictured).
The cylinder is made of aluminum for good cooling with an inner casing made of cast iron (unlike those with Nikasil coating).
The piston is anodized for better heat resistance and longer service life.
High-performance materials are used for the seals to increase durability and ensure greater reliability.
Includes all the gaskets shown for rebuilding the top end.
The kit is designed for the large bore size – 62 mm, 15 mm steel piston pin.
The compression ratio is designed for use with the original cylinder head.
During installation, the carburetor must be retuned or, better yet, replaced with a larger sports carburetor.
Engine block with 185cc and 123cc markings.
This kit is ideally suited as a cost-effective replacement for defective original cylinders.
