Note: This set is intended for the left side of the door!!!
Installation:
1. Using a 2 mm drill bit, mark the positions of the holes based on the supplied foam gasket and then drill the holes.
Increase the drill bit size by 1 mm each time and repeat this process until all holes have a diameter of 6 mm.
2. Take a touch-up pen or repair kit and paint all drill holes to prevent rust. Don't forget to also paint over any holes that thieves may have already made in your vehicle. Repeat this for both the exterior and interior bodywork.
Use high-quality corrosion protection wax and spray it on the holes in the interior doors (where the hole saw was used). This provides additional protection against rust.
3. Press in the door seal and place all the washers onto the bolts. Then attach the Nyloc nuts. Tighten the nuts with a 10 mm wrench. Be careful not to overtighten the nuts. The door should be flush with the seal. If the nuts are overtightened, the bolts may break.
