Pedal repair swivel bracket for cable-operated clutch for Chevrolet Spark
SYMPTOMS OF THE ERROR
Clutch pedal is cracked or loose, clutch pedal is not working.
On right-hand drive Chevrolet Sparks built between July 1, 2009, and October 17, 2012, this black ABS plastic part on the clutch pedal breaks. The material is simply not suitable for this application. Chevrolet introduced a thin metal bracket to reinforce this plastic, but it still doesn't work on these vehicles.
The repair part is CNC-machined from billet aluminum, which is much stronger than the plastic part installed by Chevrolet. It's a direct replacement for the original part, saving the cost of replacing the entire pedal box mechanism, which would only fail again over time.
Suitable for:
For Chevrolet Sparks, model years 2009–2012, which use a clutch cable system and NOT a hydraulic clutch.
