The pump located under the anchor head is silky smooth, allowing for a wide range of adjustment lengths. Its position can be adapted to the specific model, and the thread can be tightened with adhesive to prevent loosening. Some vehicles have an anchor head with a U-shaped plate (e.g., the Suzuki King GS125). This plate is installed at the end of the pump head.
Fixed long screw pump under M10 standard, and the adjustable range is long, suitable for most modified clutch and brake line models, but some models (like the King GS125 machine) with the original fixed position of the automatic cable head are silky.
1: First, fill the brake fluid pump under the lying surface. Make sure there is no air; the nozzle opening is very large, and you should be able to see if there was a bubble.
2: See above: screw, hose with good turning screws, do not tighten, screw-side holes may be exposed.
3: This is the key, make sure it looks good. Connect the pump and hose, and at the top, the oil cup of the oil pump, then press several times randomly (10). If you don't tighten the screw hole, the brake fluid will leak out, then the locking screw and the exhaust.
4: Hydraulic Clutch Exhaust Complete Inspection Methods: Slide the pump under the wire towards the pump body, press down on the pump handle with your hand, move the tip of the handle about 3 cm, do not squeeze downwards, this is correct. (Press the handle until the pressure no longer moves downwards, there is about 3 cm of clearance to the handlebar, the exhaust is ready, but the loading issue remains.) Loading, the wire must be fully extended, again under the fixed pump, (make sure to release the clutch lever, wire fully extended)
