Two types of stators for the YBR125: one for units with 97mm OD and 8-pole stators; it does NOT fit units with 92mm OD and 18-pole stators.

Before you install your new stator
Check the AC output of the stator.
Replace any burnt or corroded connectors on the stator and regulator/rectifier.
Check and repair any melted cables.
Use high-temperature dielectric grease for all connections.
Our stator may use a different color code for the wires than your original.
All wires are laid in the correct order; please do not change any of the wiring configurations.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.
Always use thread-locking compound when screwing the stator in place.
If our stator contains a pickup coil, always ensure that the air gap is correct during installation.
All product images are accurate; if in doubt, please do not hesitate to compare our product with your original part.
The battery's condition is important. No stator can compensate for a poor or weak battery. If in doubt, charge your battery and have it subjected to a load test, or simply replace it.
