Before installing your new stator
Check the AC output of the stator.
Replace any burnt or corroded connections on the stator and regulator/rectifier.
Check and repair any melted cables.
Use high-temperature dielectric grease on all connections.
Our stator may use a different wire color code than your original.
All wires are installed in the correct order; please do not change any of the wiring configurations.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in set and should be used as such.
Always use fuse when screwing in the stator.
If our stator contains a pickup coil, always ensure the air gap is correct during installation.
All product images are accurate; if in doubt, please do not hesitate to compare our product with your original part.
Battery condition is important. No stator can compensate for a poor or weak battery. If in doubt, charge your battery and let it run under load, or simply replace it.
