Plug-and-play, direct fit, easy installation.
This stator has a regulated output that regulates the voltage to prevent damage to the original CDI/HT coil.
The alternator output can be connected to direct AC lighting in the same way as the original stator using the original regulator (or optional RG12 - see related products below).
The alternator can also be connected to a 3-phase regulator/rectifier such as our optional RR17 for a 200W high-power DC power supply.

Before installing your new stator
Check the AC output of the stator.
Replace any burnt or corroded connections on the stator and regulator/rectifier.
Check and repair any melted cables.
Use high-temperature dielectric grease on all connections.
Our stator may use a different cable color code than your original.
All wires are installed in the correct order; please do not change any of the wiring configurations.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.
Always use locking compound when screwing in the stator.
If our stator contains a pickup coil, always ensure that the air gap is correct during installation.
