Instructions:
1. Insert a feeler gauge between the piston and the contact surface of the adjusting screw of the exhaust valve.
2. The gap adjustment must be made at the two adjusting screws of the driven piston on each cylinder.
3. The feeler gauge must be inserted laterally to release the bridge.

1. Do not insert a feeler gauge between the valve stem and the exhaust valve adjusting screw base, as this will result in incorrect clearance.
2. Please allow 1-3 mm measurement deviation due to manual measurement.

For DD15 and DD16 motors built from HDE0077481 onwards, use the motor brake adjustment tool. W470589042300; Set the pitch to 4.6 mm (0.1811 inches).
For DD13 motors built before HDE0079072, use the motor brake adjustment tool. W470589022300; Set the eyelash to 4.1 mm
For DD13 motors built from HDE0079072 onwards, use the motor brake adjustment tool. W470589042300; Set the pitch to 4.6 mm (0.1811 inches).
