Note:
1. Connect the plug correctly according to the wiring diagram.
2. The Hall effect switch is of the NPN normally open type and the detection distance of the Hall effect switch must be within 10 mm. The installation diameter of the Hall effect switch is 12 mm and the cable length is 1 m.
3. Strong electromagnetic interference should be avoided. It is better to use a shielded cable or a twisted pair for the measuring lead.
4. The counter's counting signal and the switch or circuit of the reset signal input should be located as close as possible to the counter's terminal, and the signal line should be as short as possible.
5. Avoid using the same tube or twisted wiring with other cables such as heavy-duty electrical cables or power cables, etc. To avoid unnecessary interference, please use shielded cables if necessary, and connect the shielding layer to the "+" terminal.
6. It is not recommended to use mechanical switches or microswitches, as their lifespan is relatively short and miscounts are likely to occur after a long time.
If you are using mechanical or microswitches, please try to use higher quality ones to avoid miscounts. A strong magnetic switch is recommended.
