Tip for safely attaching self-adhesive LED strips:
1. To prepare the area where you want to mount the LED strip, wash the installation site with warm water and then wipe it dry.
2. Moisten a clean cloth with warm water and scrub the surface to remove dirt. Any remaining dirt can prevent the LEDs from adhering properly. Therefore, clean the surface thoroughly until it is free of dirt and scratches.
3. Remove any remaining moisture with a clean, dry cloth or allow the surface to air dry for 30 minutes.
4. Peel back the protective film and press the LEDs onto the wall very slowly. LED lights act like stickers, so wait until you're ready to stick them on the wall before removing the protective film. It's best to do this gradually. Start at one end of the surface and peel the protective film off the first LED light. Position it, press it flat with your hand, and then stick on the rest of the strip. Take your time. Make sure the LEDs are in the right place so you don't have to reposition them later.
