Package contents:
1 x socket installation tool

Removing the socket:
1. Mark the bushing alignment on the beam tube and the compression tube.
2. The spring pins do not need to be aligned with the socket holes when removing them.
3. Tighten the retaining nuts to eliminate any play. If the bushing is stuck, screw on the hammer adapter. Connect the hydraulics and begin the removal process.
4. After every 5 cm of travel, tighten the nuts again to compensate for play. (Most bushings will require 3-4 adjustments.)

Installation of the socket:
1. Lubricate the bushing and insert it into the compression cylinder.
2. Place the piston onto the bushing and align the mark on the bushing with the mark on the piston. The four pins corresponding to the bushing type should be seated in the bushing.
3. Tighten the retaining nuts to eliminate any play. Screw on the hammer adapter if the bushing is stuck. Ensure the piston is aligned with the mark on the nozzle and the pins are still seated in the bushing. Connect the hydraulics and begin the installation.
4. After every 5 cm of travel, tighten the nuts again to compensate for play. (Most bushings will require 3-4 adjustments.)
