This is for a seal bullet tool. It is CNC machined from billet 6061 aluminum.
This allows the seal head to be slid over the shaft without cutting the seal. It fits Fox parts with part number 398-00-320. It fits shafts with an 8 mm diameter. CTD forks and the 32 mm FIT4 2016-2018 models used this tool. Other manufacturers may also use it.
