This tool is designed for shock absorbers that require a shorter IFP depth of 8 inches.
This auction is for a CNC-machined IFP depth setting tool made of 6061 aluminum. It fits Walker Evans 2.0 and 2.5 IFPs with the thread in the center, as shown in the pictures.
To do this, simply adjust a measuring tape to the desired distance and tighten the collar with an Allen key. Then, press the IFP downwards with the tool until the collar is level with the top of the shock absorber – done.
