Fits all A604 gearboxes from 1989 onwards. This is the latest improved design and does not require a separator plate (that is, when you remove your magnet pack and see a metal plate with holes between it and the aluminum gearbox housing). The magnet bodies of the original design tend to crack and leak.
Technical tip: Fastening screws must be tightened with a torque of 105 inch-pounds.
This prevents leakage after an otherwise proper installation.
