Description
Up for auction is a 4-piece tool set for the maintenance and overhaul of Fox Transfer SL and Raceface Turbine SL dropper seatposts. Two tools fit only 30.9 and 31.6 mm diameters. The other two tools fit 30.9, 31.6, and 27.2 mm diameters. Please read the description below. These tools are only compatible with the SL models.
All tools are CNC-milled from 6061-T6 aluminum and precisely cut to size. All have a rough-machined surface.
Our first tool is a top-out cap driver (T/O) used for servicing a Fox Transfer SL and a RockShox Turbine SL. It fits 27.2, 30.9, and 31.6 mm seatposts.
Fits just like Fox part number 398-00-916, but offers improved application. We designed the bushing to slide 0.76 cm over the top of the seatpost tube and have only 0.16 cm of play to stabilize the bushing. Without this added stability, the thin nut can easily slip off.
The second tool is for a Retention Lug Driver for 27.2, 30.9 and 31.6 Fox Transfer SL and Rockshox Turbine SL.
This is a similar fit to Fox part no. 398-00-838
The third tool is the Sealhead driver, which fits onto the outer collar of a Fox Transfer SL and the Raceface Turbine SL.
The width is 1.47 inches. It fits sizes 31.6 and 30.9, but I don't think it will fit size 27.2. The fit is similar to Fox #398-00-894.
The fourth tool is used to set the spring preload. Fits Fox Transfer SL and Raceface Turbine SL in sizes 30.9 and 31.6. Not for size 27.2.
It fits similarly to Fox #398-00-935. This auction is only for the 4 tools shown in the main image! Seatposts or seatpost parts are not included in the auction.
