A notice:
Before installing the new stator/controller/rectifier:
Check the AC output voltage of the stator.
Replace all burnt or corroded connections on the stator and regulator/rectifier. Check and repair any damaged wiring. Apply high-temperature dielectric grease to all connectors. Our stator/regulator may use a different wire color coding than your original part. All wires are connected in the correct order; please do not alter the wiring. This stator is designed as a direct replacement and should be used as such. Always use thread-locking compound when installing the stator. If our stator includes a pickup coil, ensure the correct air gap is maintained during installation.
