One of the most common reasons for stator failure is a defective regulator, which burns out the stator in a very short time.
We therefore strongly recommend that you replace both parts.
Technically modified stators are excluded from replacement.
This controller is not suitable for lithium-ion batteries! The battery or other electrical components may be damaged!

There are two possible kits for the RSV4 engine.
This version of the stator and flywheel is used for RSV4 motors with numbers above 3413.
If your RSV4 motor number is lower than 3413, you will need the stator assembly 857201.
There is no reliable method to determine which stator you need unless you disassemble the motor.
Before ordering, carefully inspect your stator assembly and compare the appearance of the flywheel.

Note:
Before installing your new stator regulator rectifier;
Check the AC output of the stator.
Replace all burnt or corroded connections on the stator and regulator/rectifier.
Check and repair any burnt-out cables.
Use high-temperature dielectric grease on all connectors.
Our stator/regulator may use a different cable color code than your original part.
All wires are installed in the correct order; please do not change any of the wiring configurations.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.
Threadlocker must always be used when screwing on the stator.
If our stator contains a pickup coil, be sure to pay attention to the correct air gap during installation.
