1.8T Engine SAI Deactivation Blocking Plate Exhaust Accessory for VW and Audi Mk4
Special feature:
1. This SAI (Secondary Air Injection) blanking plate is located on the cylinder head of the 1.8T when the system has been removed.
2. CNC machined from solid aluminum, including O-ring for sealing, locking washers and screws.
3. Create space around and behind the block by simply removing a tangle of vacuum hoses.
4. The factory-installed secondary air injection components are quite easy to remove; these include the EGR valve, the pump, the plastic lines, and the rigid lines.
5. Installing the plate was extremely easy. This disassembly allows access to the secondary O2 sensor.
